• Orders take 1–3 business days to process (that’s us fetching, packing, and wagging).

• Standard shipping usually arrives in 3–7 business days depending on where you and your pup live.

• Need it faster? We offer expedited shipping options so your dog isn’t left waiting at the door with sad puppy eyes.

🚚 Shipping Rates

• Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout (we promise not to chew on your wallet).

• Free shipping on orders over $50—because good pups (and their humans) deserve treats.

🐕 Delivery Notes

• Your order will arrive in recyclable packaging, because Mother Earth deserves a pat on the head too.

• Please double-check your shipping address, our team is good at fetching, but not mind reading.

🐾 Lost or Delayed Packages

Sometimes carriers chase squirrels and get sidetracked. If your package seems to have gone for a really long walk, email us at contactheyolive@gmail.com and we’ll help sniff it out.
